Abstract:
The reference scenario covers a part of a real design process in chemical engineering. The proceeding to develop such a model can be divided into a conception and a validation step. On the basis of empirical investigations requirements and design recommendations for support systems can be formulated. Computational and organisational concepts as well as computer-based tool functionalities can be evaluated with the scenario. This guarantees from an ergonomics point of view that the developed functionalities meet the requirements of the potential users.
