AixCAPE

AixCAPE is an open network for new technologies in Computer-Aided Process
Engineering (CAPE). AixCAPE performs research and technology validation
(methods, software) against cases of industrial relevance in close
collaboration with industrial and academic partners. The resulting software
tools are applicable in industry, yet pre-commercial. Topics cover process
data analysis, model building and management, and process design and optimization. The tools are based on technologies like OPC, CAPE-OPEN and .NET.

S-PACT

S-PACT is a spin-off company of AVT and represents the next logical step of technology utilization beyond AixCAPE. As a first product which as been developed at AVT and AixCAPE, the spectral analysis software PEAXACT has been transfered into a commercial software by S-PACT. Based on this data analysis tool and combined with innovative technologies like fibre optics for mid infrared spectroscopy, S-PACT provides services, hardware and software solutions for process analytical technology.
