Mechanical Process Engineering
Prof. Dr.-Ing. Michael Modigell

Research work at Aachener Verfahrenstechnik - Mechanical Process Engineering focuses on experimental and numerical investigation of transport processes in reactive and non-reactive multiphase systems. Both, engineering fundamental research as well as application oriented development of special devices and processes is carried out. Main topics are energy engineering, the development of non-invasive methods for mass transport investigations and rheology. more

Our focus on research:

Environmental engineering and energy technologies
Online measurement techniques
Rheology
