Development of a defined medium for the fermentation of technical enzymes, proteins and peptides with Bacillus licheniformis

 

To optimize and/or characterize fermentation processes a defined cultivation medium ist neede. This will be developed for the production of technical enzymes, proteins and peptides in an industrially relevant process.
