By car

* At  "Kreuz Aachen" take motorway A4, direction Antwerpen / Heerlen
* Exit  motorway at "Laurensberg, Uniklinik/TH, Herzogenrath"
* At the traffic light turn right, direction "Aachen Zentrum"
* Go straight at the next traffic light
* Keep right at the next branching (direction "Uniklinik")
* Leave behind the next 3 exits (DO NOT EXIT!):
* 1st exit:     "RWTH-Zentrum"
* 2nd exit:    "RWTH-Melaten, RWTH-Hörn"
* 3rd exit:     "RWTH-Hörn"
* EXIT road at the 4th exit:    "RWTH-Melaten, Uniklinik"
* Keep right at the next branching (direction "MTZ, Hörzentrum, Chemische Institute, RWTH"), note: the branching is located in a curve shortly behind the exit !!
* Park on the parking site (left hand side of the road)
* Our  "Lehrstuhl für Bioverfahrenstechnik is located in the "Sammelbau Biologie" (building no. 42), which belongs to the building complex opposite the parking site

By public transport

* From the Central Train Station (Aachen Hbf), take bus No.3 direction "Uniklinik"
* The bus stop (Bus No. 3B) can be reached across the street in front of the main station (Central Train Station)
* Stop at "Uniklinik", walk to the Department of Biochemical Engineering
