AVT mulled-wine (Glühwein) tests at this year’s Christmas market
AVT.FVT scientists descended on the Aachen Marktplatz on the 26th of November to conduct tests on the Glühwein available at this year's Christmas market. Enlisting help from the folks at Aachener Zeitung, our scientists systematically ordered a pot of Glühwein from each of the Glühwein-serving stalls. The individual Glühwein servings were then tested on temperature, pH, fluid volume, and sugar content. The results of these tests were quite interesting and published in the Aachener Zeitung on the 3rd of December.
