Winner of this year's EURECHA Student Contest Problem
The AVT congratulate our students Michael Moritz, Jan Raphael Seidenberg, Maximilian Siska, Marc Stumm, and Song Zhai on winning 2019 EURECHA (European Committee for the Use of Computers in Chemical Engineering Education) Student Contest Problem. The team, under the supervision of Dr. Kosan Roh (AVT.SVT), designed the hydrogen production systems to evaluate the environmental and techno-economical potential of transitioning from fossil-based resources to green electrolytic hydrogen in the steelmaking and ammonia industries. Their great work was presented at ESCAPE 30, which was held virtually.
