AVT tests mulled wine again this year


The chair of Fluid Process Engineering (AVT.FVT) analyzed together with the newspaper Aachener Zeitung the mulled wine of the Aachener christmas market. All samples of the mulled wine were examined regarding the pH, temperature, volume, sugar- and alcohol content. With an average of 9.15 vol% alcohol detected in the samples of mulled wine the alcohol content decreased about 1vol% compared to last year. The Results were published on the 7.12.2018 in the Aachener Zeitung.
