Mulled wine test 2022

On the 23.11.2022, the chair of Fluid Process Engineering (AVT.FVT) together with the newspaper Aachener Zeitung analyzed the mulled wine at the Aachener Christmas market. All samples of the mulled wine were examined regarding temperature, volume, acid-, sugar- and alcohol content. With an average of 8.7 vol% alcohol detected in the samples of mulled wine the alcohol content decreased about 1.1 vol% compared to 2019, when the last test took place. The results were published on the 30.11.2022 in the Aachener Zeitung.
