Mulled wine test 2023

The chair of Fluid Process Engineering (AVT.FVT) analyzed together with the newspaper “Aachener Zeitung” the mulled wine of the Aachen Christmas market. All samples (15 in total) of the mulled wine were examined regarding the temperature, volume, acid-, sugar-, and alcohol-content. With an average of 9.3 vol% alcohol detected in the samples of mulled wine the alcohol content increased by about 0.6 vol% compared to last year, which breaks a previous negative trend.
